Welcome to SipWorld. These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SipWorld mobile application, operated by Pocket Engine Studio, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
  • SipWorld is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
  • Hydration targets and reminders are for general wellness purposes only.
  • Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
2. Account Creation & Authentication
  • When you first launch SipWorld, we silently create an anonymous account identified by a random User ID. No personal information is collected at this stage.
  • You may later upgrade this account using third-party authentication services (e.g., Apple or Google).
3. Squad Interactions & Acceptable Use

SipWorld features "Squads" to help users stay motivated. To ensure a safe and streamlined experience, our platform operates with strict communication limitations:

  • SipWorld does not support freeform text messaging, photo or video uploads, or file sharing between users.
  • Squad interaction is limited to pre-set platform actions (a 'nudge' button).
4. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Refunds

SipWorld offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app purchases processed by RevenueCat.

  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by Pocket Engine Studio.
  • Cancellation must be done through your store account settings.
  • Deleting the app or your SipWorld account does not cancel your subscription.
5. Apple Standard EULA (For iOS Users)

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following applies:

  • Acknowledgment: You and we acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Pocket Engine Studio, LLC only, not with Apple.
  • Scope of License: The license granted to you for the App is a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.
  • Maintenance and Support: We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.
  • Warranty: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
  • Product Claims & Intellectual Property: We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
6. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of SipWorld shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
